SWEET

BIG PINKS SAUCE- Big Pinks is our own sauce and it’s a little bit sweet and a little sassy.

KANSAS CITY LEMON- They like sweet thick sauces in KC. So this is sweeter than Big Pinks with a hint of Lemon.

HULI HULI SAUCE- This sauce is popular in Hawaii and is sweetened by common Hawaiian ingredients like Pineapple Juice, ginger and Teriyaki overtones.

HOTTER SAUCES

ASIAN SAUCE- This sauce is the hottest sauce we make and is flavored Korean Pepper Paste.

SWEET SIRACHA- This sauce is flavored with Siracha and Brown Sugar. So it’s a little spicy and a little sweet.

HOT HONEY SAUCE- This is a sweet sauce flavored with Mike’s Hot Honey and light Rum. It’s kind of spicy, but not too hot.

VINEGAR SAUCES

NORTH CAROLINA- Very little sweet here as this sauce is made with White and Apple Cider Vinegar.

MUSTARD SAUCE- Travel a little further to South Carolina for a sauce made with Vinegar and Yellow Mustard.

ALABAMA WHITE SAUCE- People in Alabama love to dip their chicken in this sauce. It’s made with mayo, horseradish, Vinegar and touch of red pepper.

SPICY SAUCES

TEXAS SPICE- They aren’t big fans of a lot of sauce in Texas and nor do they want it sweet. So their sauce is made with a variety of sauces.

ESPRESSO SAUCE- You can travel to Austin or just try some of this Espresso infused sauce here. People in Austin love to slather it on their Brisket.

MEMPHIS SAUCE- Memphis wants their sauce sweeter then Texas, but there are seven different spices in this sauce and a little Pepsi.

KENTUCKY BOURBON- Kentucky is know for their Bourbon and this sauce includes that with some Vinegar and bits of Bacon. Just like the drink, it’s got a kick!
