Leave it all to us with our per person catering option. We bring a all you can eat buffet, the chaffing dishes, plates and utensils, while your guests bring their appetites. For parties over $1,000 we supply a staff member to serve your guests for two hours.

SELF SERVE TRAYS

If you just want to have just trays of food delivered instead, we've got you covered!  We will be happy to help your determine how much food you need for your party and for all orders over $1,000 supply one of your employees to server your guests for two hours.

We will lightly sauce the pulled pork, chicken or ribs unless you prefer no sauce or plenty of sauce. All full trays receive on bottle of our house made sauce.
