BIG PINKS BBQ

Big Pinks mission is to bring great BBQ to Central Jersey.  If you stop at our truck we'll give you food that has been smoked for hours and seasoned with our own rubs and BBQ sauces. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!

At Big Pinks you can have ribs or brisket smoked over hickory for hours, or try something new like a brisket taco or pulled pork burrito. The choice is yours.  Oh, but don't forget those delicious sides!

If you're going to host a party, why not enjoy yourself and let Big Pinks cater the affair. Our truck doesn't travel, but your guests will be thrilled with the food we supply, and you'll have a clean kitchen!
